Job Descriptions :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar energy market to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including solar installers ,businesses, residential customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitch solar PV solutions to prospective clients, addressing their energy needs and concerns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and support lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with solar industry trends, technological advancements, and government incentives to inform sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase visibility and attract potential clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets and maximize profitability.

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the renewable energy sector, preferably in solar energy.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions, including residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software or any sales tools.
  • Passion for renewable energy and commitment to promoting sustainable solutions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
