1. BBTU/Zerolution/MDP

  • All received item must grade and sort out within the agreed SLA.
  • Prepare accurate daily report & forward to relevant department.
  • All returned item with graded must store in order (within the FIFO manner)

2. Vendor Delivery and Returns for DOA

  • DOA received item must tally & cross check against Vendor guideline & provide inspection by following vendor requirement.
  • DOA item must return to Vendor with urgencies, documented with hard copy and soft copy in Brightstar ERP system
  • Managing/Follow up DOA item to Vendor with CN or replacement or repair.
  • All damaged and rejected item must be documented, file together with the receiving document and relay to Vendor and Supply Chain / Sourcing Team for onward actions.

3. RMA Processing

  • Process all received item - Diagnose & Return to Vendor within the agreed SLA
  • Preparing an accurate monthly report for client as per their requested format.
  • All faulty devices/item must store, and record accurately tag with physical location – readily available for client inspection for their next course of action.

4. Refurbishment Processing

Coordinate the assessment, repair, and quality testing of returned or damaged products to restore them to functional and marketable condition, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining accurate records of refurbishment activities.

5. Customer Relation Support

  • Provide consistent quality customer service by provide solution to resolve customers enquires effectively / efficiently to meet or exceed customer's expectation.
  • Managing Customer expectation & solving customer issues either through phone call or attending to walk in customer within the premises.
  • Attending to internal / external Customers - involve with interfacing & managing customer query and issues.
  • Gear with the latest Product knowledge in order to attend / service Brightstar clients.
  • Supporting other departments when needed.

6. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation.

7. Communicate and cooperate with direct superior/Operation Manager/Assistant Warehouse Manager and co-workers.

8. Operate and maintain preventively warehouse grading or repair tools.

9. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

10. Performs other general warehouse duties as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
