Requirement-
1) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
2) 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in oil & gas industry
3)Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., SAP)
5) Familiarity with supplier management, procurement processes, and inventory control.
6) Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Job Scope-
1) Develop and implement procurement strategies based on company needs and market conditions.
2) Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.
3) Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
4) Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels.
5) Ensure procured goods and services meet company specifications and quality standards.
6) Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and supplier performance.
7) Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
