Job Descriptions :

  • Record daily attendance for all employees, including start and end times, breaks, and any absences.
  • Monitor and update attendance records regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensure all entries are accurate, consistent, and timely.
  • Verify the accuracy of attendance records and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate with employees or supervisors to clarify any attendance issues or errors.
  • Generate and review attendance reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Provide summaries or detailed reports to HR or management as required.
  • Maintain and organize all attendance records and related documentation.
  • Ensure records are kept confidential and comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with HR, payroll, and department managers to address attendance-related inquiries or issues.
  • Assist with other HR or administrative tasks as needed.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
  • Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia/English
  • Able to understand basic English
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Able to work with dateline issued
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
