Job Descriptions :
- Record daily attendance for all employees, including start and end times, breaks, and any absences.
- Monitor and update attendance records regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all entries are accurate, consistent, and timely.
- Verify the accuracy of attendance records and resolve any discrepancies.
- Communicate with employees or supervisors to clarify any attendance issues or errors.
- Generate and review attendance reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Provide summaries or detailed reports to HR or management as required.
- Maintain and organize all attendance records and related documentation.
- Ensure records are kept confidential and comply with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and department managers to address attendance-related inquiries or issues.
- Assist with other HR or administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in related fields
- Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia/English
- Able to understand basic English
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Able to work with dateline issued
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
