  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Summary

Front liner for the company and to promote their products and act as a sales person in order to provide the best customer service to the customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable hair care products and solutions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Product Demonstration:
  • Showcase the features and benefits of hair care products effectively through in-person demonstrations or presentations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, including ingredients, usage methods, and trends, to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Sales Targets:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell related products.
  • Track and report sales performance, providing feedback to improve strategies.
  • Professional Development:
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ products to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Store Operations Support:
  • Assist in maintaining product displays, inventory management, and promotional setups.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Competency Requirement

  • Friendly with good communication skills and who has a general interest or passion for the hair care industry.
  • Experienced in hair care industry would be an advantage.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum with SPM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
