SAP MES Architect

Requirement:

• Degree Holder with a minimum 1 year experience as SAP-MES architect, preferably in environment involving instrument or HLA manufacturing

• Manufacturing engineering background is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Working knowledge of SAP ECC to enable MES setup

• Ability to manage and keep to aggressive project timeline

• Able to work and communicate clearly with team members of different manufacturing function; able to provide clear and timely update on project status and alerts, if any

• Must be stationed in Agilent Penang throughout the duration of the project

• Conversion of existing product lines to SAP-MES; a line up of 12 or more products have been identified.

• Detailed Tasks in setting up a product line for MES:

Analyze & Define

-Finalize Resource, Schedule and Scope

-Assemble team and kickoff

-Identify all the Finished Goods and shippable Part Numbers

1.Draft out the time frame of the project

2.Conduct a kickoff meeting with the team for the MES set up

3. Discuss with Planner, Product Engineer & Production Supervisor to finalize the FG & shippable part numbers

Design

-Understand Process Flow

-Review AS-IS documents

-Create to be flow in Visio

1.Discuss with product owner to understand the line process flow and advise the product owners on the hardware setup

2.Draft out the process flow in Microsoft Visio

3.Take note of the critical points/data to be collected by MES (eg: components batch/serial no, data collection from tester)

Build

-Complete Master Data File for uploading

-Design new labels & test

-Perform master data configuration in MES QA

1.Redesign & Rearrange the KBOM & MBOM for the shippable part numbers

2.Draft out the configuration into master data (excel file)

3.Transfer the date from excel file and upload labels into MES testing platform for testing

Test

-Perform mock test

-Review, modify and upload test plan

-Conduct System integration test

-Conduct User Acceptance test

1.Draft out the test script /test plan and upload for testing

2.Conduct test and ensure the flow is correct and all the data are collected as intended

Deploy

-Perform master data configuration in MES Prod

-Develop Training Plan

-Prepare Training Materials

-Conduct User Training

-Execute System Cutover

1.Transfer the data from excel file and upload labels into MES production platform

2.Develop and prepare training material for end user training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM5,500.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
