<職務内容>
- E-commerce project
- Manage the overall performance and governance of the Statements of Work (together with TCA Customer Support Manager)
- Manage the day-to-day operations in accordance with requirements and SLAs set out in this SOW. Prompt identification and resolution of Service delivery issues including implementation of preventative measures. Transition management during set up phase or expansion phases.
- Provide exceptional people management, mentorship and career development to members of your team, achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagement
- Flag and escalate business risks timely to TCA
Manage training and policy
- Support continuous improvement with training materials and overall curriculum in close collaboration with TCA CS Manager
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers and ensure corrective action when needed
- Ensure Training Quality through Service Level and Training evaluations/assessments
- Work closely with the TCA CS Manger Project Manager to assure training content is updated and aligned with TCA’s clients needs.
- Evaluate on a regular basis employee skill and knowledge levels relevant to their assigned responsibilities
