Position Overview:The Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth by pitching the childcare business to potential licensees, managing the end-to-end process of establishing new childcare centers, and achieving sales and marketing objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into the marketing team while leading business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential licensees and investors to expand the childcare business.
  • Develop and deliver compelling business pitches and presentations tailored to potential partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the demand for childcare services in target areas.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and licensing terms with potential partners.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.

Branch Development & Operations:

  • Oversee the process of establishing new childcare centers, including site selection, licensing, and setup.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Curriculum, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations for new branches.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure steady enrollment growth at all childcare centers.

Sales & Marketing:

  • Lead sales and marketing initiatives to meet enrollment targets and business goals.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and increase enrollment.
  • Build partnerships with hospitals, schools, embassies, and local businesses to generate referrals and leads.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create impactful content and promotional materials to attract prospective parents and licensees.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, local communities, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at events, expos, and community engagements to boost brand visibility.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and licensees to ensure successful partnerships.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or childcare industry.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential partners and oversee new branches.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
