Position Overview:The Business Development and Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth by pitching the childcare business to potential licensees, managing the end-to-end process of establishing new childcare centers, and achieving sales and marketing objectives. This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into the marketing team while leading business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential licensees and investors to expand the childcare business.
- Develop and deliver compelling business pitches and presentations tailored to potential partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess the demand for childcare services in target areas.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and licensing terms with potential partners.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
Branch Development & Operations:
- Oversee the process of establishing new childcare centers, including site selection, licensing, and setup.
- Work closely with internal teams such as HR, Finance, Curriculum, and Facilities to ensure smooth operations for new branches.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure steady enrollment growth at all childcare centers.
Sales & Marketing:
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to meet enrollment targets and business goals.
- Design and execute marketing campaigns to drive leads and increase enrollment.
- Build partnerships with hospitals, schools, embassies, and local businesses to generate referrals and leads.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Create impactful content and promotional materials to attract prospective parents and licensees.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with parents, local communities, and key stakeholders.
- Represent the company at events, expos, and community engagements to boost brand visibility.
- Act as a liaison between the company and licensees to ensure successful partnerships.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or childcare industry.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet potential partners and oversee new branches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
