  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION : -

1. Issuing Job sheet for production

2. Performs to follow-up on daily / weekly production schedule and production output.

3. Follow up production to ensure all SO is follow schedule and out-put is meet to shipment date.

4. Planning and scheduling for all parts availability & production machines.

5. Monitor and tracking for each production machine

6. Prepare and analyze daily production OEE report

7. Coordinate delivery commitment with Sales Team and logistic Team

8. Coordinate with Engineering Team for machine repairing

9. Coordinate with the Production leader for manpower arrangements and machine utilization.

10. Coordinate with Quality Assurance Team for quality issues and rework arrangements.

11. Weekly meeting with Sales and Logistic Team

12. Monthly meeting with production line leaders.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Management/Logistic/Supply Chain
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as production planner (COMPULSORY)
  • Speak and write proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with foreign customers and partners.
  • Good understanding and communication skills.
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Have knowledge in material requirement and production planning concept .
  • Skills in planning and inventory control
  • Knowledge on ERP (SAP) and Work experience in manufacturing industry will be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
