Role Purpose

This position is responsible for managing strategic Group Human Capital (GHC) initiatives within Business Units (BUs), ensuring alignment with the company's overall direction. The role focuses on translating business objectives into a cohesive Human Capital agenda to drive organizational success and support long-term business goals.

Key Accountability

  • Facilitate and contribute to resource planning at the divisional level, ensuring alignment with medium-term planning horizons to meet business objectives.
  • Track and update manpower statistics, coordinate and follow through on recruitment needs, facilitate team mobilization within division, and strategize future workforce needs based on evolving business requirement.
  • Facilitate business process transformation. Manage discussions and work closely with the respective BU coordinators to consolidate and achieve performance indicators, explore productivity improvement initiatives, and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Develop and enhance career pathways within the airline's business areas by gathering data, conducting analytics, and providing actionable recommendations to support talent growth.
  • Assist and negotiate with Business Units (BUs) on organizational development matters such as job requisitions, job evaluations, structural changes, as well as compensation and benefits.
  • Institutionalise and elevate MH values in the business through direct and indirect engagement with management team and employees. Act as a catalyst for change by driving lean and agile practices within BUs while offering insights into people-related matters.
  • Ensure the established governance, control and policy-related matters are properly communicated and executed at the Divisions, supporting HR planning, budgeting and reporting processes.

Qualifications & Working Experience

A bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field, with at least 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Human Capital Business Partner.
