Job Description:

  • Assist in overseeing HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Coordinate and assist in talent acquisition processes, including posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
  • Support employee relations efforts, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure proper administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and other HR-related functions.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage the performance review process and provide feedback to employees and management.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian Labour Laws, hotel policies, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Foster employee engagement through initiatives and activities to enhance morale and satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Malaysian labor laws, and industry-specific regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HR software (HRIS), MS Office applications, and general office tools.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a strong focus on team collaboration.
  • Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
