Key Responsibilities:

    -Identify clients and foster positive & long-term relationships -Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs -Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities -Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates -Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals and social media -Evaluate resumes and applications -Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening & face-to-face interview) -Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation/advice -Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients -Achieve individual KPIs & sales target

Requirements/Qualification:

    -Possess 1-2 years of experience in HR/ Recruitment field -Fresh graduates are encourage to apply -Training is provided -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Self-motivated and sales driven (willing to work in sales bounded role) -Customer service and sales skills -Good organizational and time management skills -Able to work in a fast pace environment and multitask -Confident and pleasant personality -Available position in Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor.
