By joining the Baker Hughes Indirect Tax Group, you will be part of a team who provide Baker Hughes product companies industry-leading indirect tax compliance and advisory services. Indirect TAX Process Analyst required to manage the more technical aspects of Indirect Tax.
As a Indirect Tax Process Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Handling the technical support on the Indirect tax process such as VAT, GST and WHT.
Owning (Process owner) the end-to-end process for the type of taxes, identify areas which can be automated and bring rigour to it. Structure and streamline the process to make it more standard and global.
Ensuring SOPs (SOPs and manuals) and detailed manuals are written up for each process and reviewed periodically to ensure they are current.
Establishing Internal control framework - identify the process and control gaps & come up with the mitigation plan.
Working closely with the Indirect tax advisory team and Region tax team to ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly aligned and RACI is established.
Working closely with the Region Leads to ensure R tag and unreconciled accounts are reviewed and closed accordingly (Account’s reconciliation).

To be successful in this role you will:
Have at least 5-8 years working experience in tax with any Big 4 or oil and gas industry. Minimum additional 3 years in indirect tax.
Have ability to discuss tax technical matters in various cross-functional team settings.
Have excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Able to work independently and self-initiative.
