Customer Success Executive (IT HelpDesk) Location: Kuala Lumpur Reports To: Supervisor/Manager Employment Type: Full-time Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,200 (based on the candidate's experience and skills.) We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in setting up systems, implementing solutions, and providing training to customers. This position requires strong product knowledge, experience with AI tools, and a background in working at product-based companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Setup & Implementation: Lead the setup of systems and implement solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring smooth integration and functionality. 2. Customer Training: Provide comprehensive training to customers on how to use our products, including AI tools, to maximize their effectiveness and value. 3. Customer Support: Offer ongoing support to customers, addressing any issues or questions they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products. 4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products, staying up-to-date with new features and updates, and effectively communicating this knowledge to customers. 5. AI Tool Utilization: Regularly use AI tools as part of daily work routines to enhance customer experience, improve product implementation processes, and support various tasks beyond customer service. 6. Property Handover: Facilitate the handover process of property units to homeowners at the project site. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and promptly. 7. Customer Support: Provide outstanding customer service by actively listening to property owners' concerns, promptly addressing their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. 8. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, manage, and maintain all necessary documentation related to the handover process. Generate reports from ProFix Apps and updates on handover status, defects, and resolutions for internal and external stakeholders. 9. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders such as the property project team, contractors, and property management staff to ensure seamless coordination during the handover process. 10. System Usage: Proficiently use relevant systems and tools to manage the handover process, defect tracking, and customer interactions. Understand construction defects and provide guidance to homeowners on defect submission processes. Ensure all data is accurately entered and maintained in the appropriate systems. 11. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the handover process and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications: • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred. Professional qualifications in property management or a similar area will be an advantage. • Experience: Previous experience working at a product-based company is essential. Experience with system setup, implementation, and customer training is highly desirable. • IT Proficiency: SQL knowledge, knowledge of AI tools with the ability to learn and use new systems and tools efficiently. Proficiency in using the ProFix app or similar property management software is required. • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of property management, construction defects, and the overall handover process. Familiarity with Quality Surveyor practices and principles. • Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Working Conditions: • Location: This role requires the candidate to be on-site at the property handover location upon assigned • Working Hours: 5.5days; Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm); Saturday 9am - 1pm Benefits: • Allowance: Provided based on performance. • Petrol & Mileage Claim: Available based on performance. • Additional Benefits & Rewards: Offered upon confirmation, reflecting performance and contributions.
