Operate and help maintain agricultural machinery and equipment. Participate in pest and disease control measures. Collect and analyze farm data to optimize production processes. Assist in planning and executing agricultural projects to achieve farm objectives. Requirements: Current student or recent graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Science, or related fields. Valid driver’s license and good driving skills, with the ability to drive independently. Passion for agriculture, with strong hands-on and teamwork skills. Ability to work outdoors and in physically demanding conditions. Strong learning and communication skills. Previous practical experience in farming is a plus.
