- Job description :
- The Assistance Coordinator supports the Assistance Operations Department to deliver services to the client's and subscribers of Allianz Partners (AzP)
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and correspondences for AzP and AzP client services.
- To provide assistance to clients as necessary by taking required actions to arrange services and benefits according to subscriber's needs and policy coverage.
- Document all conversations, correspondence, and actions into the case management system; and
- Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling.
- Shift timings : 24 hours rotational basis
- Office location : Allianz Partners , Office Suite 19-17-1 Level 17 UOA Centre, No. 19 Jalan Pinang, 50450, 50450, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
