Key Responsibilities:
_ 1. Salary Calculation and Payroll_
- Calculate and process salaries for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and leave.
- Assist with payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
_ 2. General Administration_
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and official documents.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.
