Key Responsibilities:

_ 1. Salary Calculation and Payroll_

  • Calculate and process salaries for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, overtime, and leave.
  • Assist with payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

_ 2. General Administration_

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintain a well-organized workspace.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and official documents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.
