Job Overview :
The BDM for country Licensing will b responsible for driving growth and expansion of BBX business systems through strategic Licensing partnership across new and existing markets.
This role will focus on identifying and securing licensing opportunities , develop strong relationships with potential partners, and ensuring successful market entry and performance through a structured licensing framework .

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Research & analysis
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential countries / regions for BBX business system expansion with local third party support if required.
· Analyse market trends , competitor offerings, regulatory requirements, and customer needs to determine market readiness of target countries.
· Provide detail reports on potential markets, opportunities, risks and business potential
· Make application to Singapore Enterprise for the market readiness grant .
2. Business Development and partnership Acquisition :
· Identify , engage and negotiate with prospective partners for country licensing opportunities.
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, industry leaders, government bodies , and regulatory authorities.
· Execute strategic partnerships deals , focusing on mutually beneficial agreements that align with BBX Goals.
3. Licensing and Negotiations :
· Provide the right brief to BBX Legal counsel to structure , draft and negotiate agreements , ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards in country and BBX internal policies.
· With the legal counsel to finalise terms and conditions for BBX board to sign off for all Licensing deals.
· Proactively identify risks associated with licensing deals and develop mitigation strategies.
4. Relationship Management
· Manage ongoing relationships with Licensee, acting as main point of contact for queries , support and contract management.
· Work under the CTO to implement the BBX Business System in new country.
· Ensure smooth market entry and operation success post licensing , with cross functional teams under the BBXH COO , including marketing , operations , and finance.
· Monitor performance metrics and ensure that licensing partners meet revenue and growth targets under the first year licensing relationship
· Facilitate training programs , knowledge sharing and best practices to ensure adherence to BBX service standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in business development , licensing or partnership management , preferably within the e-Platform , technology , or service provider industries .
· Strong understanding on market entry strategies and international business development.
· Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex business deals .
· Excellent communications , negotiation skills
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams and cultures.
· Willingness to travel as needed for partnership negotiations and market analysis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
