Position Overview: We are seeking a competent Chargeman A4 to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our facility's electrical and utility systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of the operation High & Low Voltage system operation & maintenance.
  • Report to Maintenance Assistant Manager/ Operation Manager.
  • Ensure compliance to Electrical Regulation 1994 & Electricity Supply Act 1990.
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory body requirement such as Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB & DOSH.
  • Clear abnormality reported by Electrical Competent Engineer.
  • Prepare documentation of operation log, inspection report, maintenance report, breakdown report & routine schedule.
  • Ensure safety of electrical works & procedures carried out.
  • Responsible to develop, planning, implement and monitor the electrical maintenance activities performed by in-house or any outsourced vendor/contractors.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to other staff or technician.
  • Ensure minimal power disruption/downtime on the factory operation.
  • 24 hours On-Call respond to electrical emergencies and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Recommend upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Evacuation Leader in Emergency Response Team.
  • Work Location: Gohtong Jaya, Genting Highlands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge and able to take action in compliance with Electrical Regulation 1994, Electricity Supply Act 1990, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, TNB & DOSH.
  • Strong technical knowledge in installing, operating & troubleshooting. of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Proven Chargeman experience in HV & LV electrical system (manufacturing industry) 3 years minimum.
  • Technical hands on & documentation skills.
  • To lead subordinate to carry out electrical task.
  • Diploma in Electrical Power.
  • Valid Chargeman certificate registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
