1. To ensure the list of payments is being prepared for the Head of Department.
2. To track, monitor and inform the terms due.
3. To ensure the payment documentation is in order.
4. To arrange and make payment as advice by Head of Department.
5. To advise and give evidence of payment to the requestor.
6. To ensure all payments are being allocated.
7. To prepare the report of the Company's performance.
8. To resolve any disputes or give advice to relevant departments for the workflow or documentation.
9. To monitor and inform the balance available in the bank accounts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
