Role: Level L1.5 Server Technical Support
- Work From Office mode
- Location: Plaza Sentral, Kl Sentral
- Salary Package : RM4500 to RM4800 (Basic Pay) + RM 300 (RNR)
- Medical & Hospitalization entitlement
- Training is provided
- Able to start immediately (Commencement Date : 27th Sept 24)
- Operation Hours : 5 Working Days (Mon to Sunday) (24/7 Rotational Shift , 2 Days Off in a week)
- Intake: 6th January 2025
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Technical Support for Server and Storage Products
L1.5 Server Technical Support :
Responsibilities:
o Support IEIT’s on-site engineers with server and storage technical issues.
o Include technical diagnosis, solution consulting, and related services.
o Utilize telephone, email, and chat tools provided by IEIT.
o Adhere to the specified SLA for response and resolution times.
Requirements:
1. Communication Skills:
o Excellent English communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members via phone, email, and chat.
2. Technical Proficiency:
o Basic troubleshooting experience with server and storage hardware and software.
o Ability to resolve operational, configuration, and installation issues.
3. Experience and Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT / related field (degree in different field required / IT working experiences)
o For L1.5 support: 2 Years relevant experience with a focus on supporting on-site engineers.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
