Job Descriptions:

  • Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the company.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Printing invoices, DOs, and related documents.
  • Updating of stocks received and ensuring stock balance tally with the physical stock.
  • Performance ad-hoc other tasks given by the Superior.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, word and data entry.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Expected Start Date: 12/23/2024
