Job Descriptions:
- Performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the company.
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
- Printing invoices, DOs, and related documents.
- Updating of stocks received and ensuring stock balance tally with the physical stock.
- Performance ad-hoc other tasks given by the Superior.
Requirements :
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, word and data entry.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
