Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable individual for the position of Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive. This role requires a professional to handle front desk duties and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with customer inquiries, and sales administrations job. You will also be expected to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while managing administrative tasks and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

- Schedule and manage appointments

- Assist customers with product/service-related questions or concerns

- Provide accurate information and resolve complaints in a timely manner

- Perform administrative duties such as filing and data entry

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred)

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in office software and phone systems
