Tech Data Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Identify and understand client needs to provide tailored technology solutions.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Native or fluent proficiency in Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record in cold calling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
