Human Resource Manager

Position: Human Resource Executive
Salary: RM3,000 - RM3,500 + RM100 Phone Allowance + Free Meal
Working Hours: 8.45 am - 6.00 pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: B-1-6, Blok B, Jalan Ostia Utama, Taman Ostia Bangi, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor

Job Description:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Design and implement culture-building initiatives that align with company values.
• Manage and oversee compensation structures and employee benefits.
• Conduct market research to ensure competitive salary packages and benefits.
• Handle payroll coordination and resolve any discrepancies.
• Develop and implement performance management systems, including KPI setting, monitoring, and review.
• Coordinate performance appraisals and provide feedback frameworks for managers.
• Support managers in addressing performance improvement plans (PIP) and reward recognition.
• Develop, update, and maintain the company’s employee handbook, ensuring clarity and compliance with labor laws.
• Develop HR policies and procedures that reflect the company's mission and values.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
