Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a POS system if applicable. Ensure clear communication with the kitchen staff to deliver orders correctly and promptly. Maintain a clean and organized dining area by refilling water glasses, clearing dirty dishes, and resetting tables. Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs they may have. Prepare bills, process payments (including cash and credit cards), and ensure accurate transactions. Uphold all safety and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with other waitstaff and restaurant team members to provide a seamless dining experience.
