GROUP GENERAL MANAGER

Responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of all business units within the organization. Salary Package: RM4,500-RM5,000.00 Job Description: Monitor and manage day-to-day operations of all business units to ensure efficiency and profitability. To manage and execute manufacturer strategies. Set and monitor financial targets for the group, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial performance across subsidiaries. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and revenue streams. Improving internal processes for better productivity Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports Develop and implement the organization’s strategic vision and long-term goals. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5years and above of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in OEM or contract manufacturing environments (PREFERRED) Proven track record of managing multiple facilities or business units. Strong experience in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and supply chain management
