Reports To

Role Purpose

Effectively deliver and implement MAB revenue strategies and be responsible in managing given route/market, utilizing fully all airline revenue management system to perform detailed analysis and implement strategies which are necessary in maximizing passenger network revenue.

Key Accountability

  • Deliver the passenger revenue budget for designated responsibilities through execution of successful strategies and contribute positively to Revenue Management Department (RMD) strategy formulation.
  • Achieve all necessary KPIs through effective management of demand forecast, pricing benchmark and critical inventory management in accordance with market demand, and system recommendations.
  • Ensure detailed analysis, continuous monitoring of change in market conditions/behaviour and provide accurate input to the Revenue Management System for generation of optimal output which will result in maximizing network revenue.
  • Analyse historical performance and take corrective actions needed to ensure revenue maximization.
  • Work closely with the different units in Revenue Management & System team and other relevant departments to implement strategies for the network.
  • Engage with Sales team be it domestically or international to identify and steer revenue opportunities.
  • Ability to use complex Revenue Management optimization tools and other airline system.
  • Responsible for delivery of significant revenue generation and meeting company target.
  • Effective communication to share complex specialist knowledge, communicate strategies, route requirements and results.
  • Direct and lead the team as well as collaborate with peers/superiors and cross departmental leaders.

Qualifications & Working Experience

A degree in a numerical discipline (e.g., Economics) or a Business degree, with 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
