Job description:
・Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across various industries, building and maintaining a robust pipeline of prospective clients to achieve sales targets.
・Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
・Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
・Develop and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals, while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
・Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
・ 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the plant engineering or power generation sectors (Plant / Pump industry)
・ Strong understanding of industrial equipment, particularly valves, pumps, or related products, with the ability to discuss technical specifications and applications with clients.
