Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and representing our brand effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through personalized service and exceptional communication.
• Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
• Effectively present and showcase our designs to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
• Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel as required and attend industry events or client meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
