Job Description
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, email, in person, networking and social media
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Researching prospects and generating leads
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Maintain good customer relationship with existing channel and find leads for new development
- Compile market intelligent and new development in the market
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Requirements:
- Malaysian
- Minimum 2 years' working experience in sales
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong verbal and written communicator
- Excellent phone and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Experienced in packaging field (plastic bag/paper bag/box packaging) will be added as an advantage

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
