We are looking for a talent who are willing to learn and work in a minimum supervision, good interpersonal skill and grow with our company:
- Support day-to-day data entry task and manage emails and take responsibility for various administrative tasks related to accounts.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of account records in accordance with company policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for center staffs to resolve their account inquiries and issue related to invoices and payments.
- Liaise with the center and coordinate credit card terminal transactions effectively.
Requirements:
- Accounting Certificate, LCCI, Diploma holder in accounting or relevant.
- Min 2 years relevant experiences.
- PC literate and good knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel.
- Familiar with MS Power Point will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude, willing to learn and a good team player with a minimum supervision.
- Required language(s); English and Multilingual. Need to liaise with multilingual speaking colleagues.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Mid Valley, Kuala Lumpur.
