Job Description
- To send over quotation requisition to the supplier on materials to be purchased.
- To follow up on quotation requested from the supplier upon receiving of price.
- Manage supplier relations and negotiate prices, timelines, etc.
- To gather & update information on materials suppliers
- To issue Purchase Orders to the approved suppliers.
- To key into Stock Control Systems for materials received base on delivery orders.
- To attach all invoices with the delivery orders & purchase orders before passing them to the accounts department
- Manage and determine inventory needs.
- Maintain supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
