    -To participate in the inception, planning, design, and implementation of projects to ensure corporate objectives are met. -To participate (or to assist in managing consultants) in identifying, and preparing technical proposal, and conceptual and detailed designs for water, wastewater, flood mitigation projects including piping, pumping, biological treatment process and solid treatment system. -Reviewing hydrology and hydraulic analysis report for flood mitigation plan. Flood plain assessment, flood modelling report and proposed mitigation method. -Design and Project Management of water/wastewater/treatment or flood projects, including leading design teams and acting as technical reviewer. -To evaluate Mechanical & Electrical systems and products; confirm system and product capabilities; develop mechanical system requirements and specifications. -To provide technical supports in Business Development, Project Implementation and Procurement activities. -To assist in researching/investigating specific technical issues and solution proposal in technical documents for new projects of the Company. -To assist in organizing meetings, preparing meeting records and coordinating/ implementing agreed actions. -To develop engineering estimates and work plan including request for quotation and technical evaluation for equipment. -To liaise with client, vendors, consultants, technology, holders, internal groups and any other persons as needed to ensure the fulfilment of his/her duties.
    -Recognized Degree or above in Environmental, Chemical, Engineering or equivalent. -At least 5 years of working experience in Technical Process Design for large scale processes for water / wastewater treatment facilities projects, preferably in a position for the last 2 years. -Good exposure to large water/wastewater projects will be an added advantage. -Registered graduate engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
