Cleaner & Pembantu Penyediaan Minuman (Tea Lady & Cleaner) Your role involves on preparation and serve refreshments, maintain cleanliness & a tidy workspace, assist with events, monitor stock inventory. Ultimately on ensuring everyone is well-refreshed. 1. Prepare and serve refreshments and beverages to employees and guests, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality. 2. Regularly replenish beverage and pantry supplies, and other condiments or snacks. 3. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the common office areas, including pantry, bathrooms, workstations, and meeting rooms. 4. Collect used cups, glasses, and other items, wash or dispose them. 5. Set up and arrange refreshments for meetings, conferences, and other company events as requested. 6. Assist in organizing and tidying up the pantry and common areas, including clearing tables, washing dishes, and disposing of waste. 7. Monitor and manage inventory levels of snacks and beverages, and other pantry supplies, ensuring timely replenishment. 8. Greet employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering assistance and addressing any queries or concerns related to the beverage services. 9. Always maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ensure all cleaning tools or equipment to store at the designated place in a neat & tidy manner. 10.
