JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Leadership & Strategic Oversight • Oversee and manage all operational activities across multiple departments, including Sales & Marketing, Procurement, HR, Accounts, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain. • Provide leadership and guidance to department heads, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and operational goals. • Develop and implement long-term strategies for operational excellence, with a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Acting on Director’s Behalf • Assume the role of the Director in their absence or during outstation trips, ensuring the company’s operations continue to run smoothly. • Make timely decisions and provide leadership on critical issues, reporting back to the Director and CEO as needed. • Collaborate closely with other directors to provide support across departments, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement • Optimize daily operations and workflows across departments to maximize productivity and meet business targets. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department to ensure consistent progress toward operational goals. • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. Sales & Marketing Integration • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategies that effectively bring consumer marketing ideas to life, ensuring alignment with product offerings and target markets. • Ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, driving both retail and wholesale growth. Procurement & Supply Chain Management • Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and products to meet production demands. • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners, ensuring product quality, delivery times, and compliance with the company’s standards. • Oversee logistics and supply chain activities to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of products to customers and retail partners. Financial & Budget Management • Work with the Accounts and Finance team to monitor the company’s budget and financial performance, ensuring financial objectives are met. • Ensure cost control across operations while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery. • Oversee financial reporting, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data. Human Resources & Talent Management • Lead HR efforts to recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring all departments are staffed with skilled and motivated employees. • Promote a positive organizational culture, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction. • Oversee employee performance management, training, and development programs. Compliance & Quality Control • Ensure that all manufacturing processes and products meet the highest standards of social compliance, particularly in line with USA and European standards. • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party certification bodies to ensure all products undergo necessary SGS testing and meet regulatory and quality requirements. • Regularly review compliance and quality standards and implement corrective actions where necessary. Customer Relationship Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. • Ensure that the company’s product offerings align with customer needs and market demands, with a focus on delivering high-quality, made-to-order products for retail and promotion. Factory Management & Production Oversight • Oversee both local and overseas factory operations, ensuring that production schedules are met and all products meet the company’s quality and compliance standards. • Collaborate with production managers to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing lines, and address any issues related to product defects, delays, or inefficiencies Business Development & Expansion • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market trends to drive growth and expansion. • Lead initiatives to diversify the company’s product lines and explore new revenue streams. Reporting & Communication • Provide weekly or monthly operational reports across all departments to the Director and CEO, ensuring timely updates on performance, challenges, and achievements. • Ensure transparency and open communication regarding departmental progress, financial performance, and any key issues that may arise. REQUIREMENTS: • Open to Malaysian citizens only. • Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. • Proven experience of at least 5-10 years in a senior management role, preferably within manufacturing, retail, or textile industries. • Strong knowledge in overseeing operations across departments like Sales, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Accounts, Supply Chain, and Logistics. • Experience in OEM manufacturing and a strong understanding of operational efficiency and process improvement. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant ERP systems. • Ability to make strategic decisions and drive business growth while ensuring cost-effective operations. • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting processes. • Previous experience working with both local and overseas suppliers, manufacturers, and clients. • Willing to travel locally and internationally when required. • Must possess own transport. • Applicants must be willing to relocate to Kota Kemuning / Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor.
