Job Summary
Throughout this role, you will be developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. This role involves crafting campaigns, written and creative materials, and collaborating across departments to achieve organisational goals. You will also support in overseeing the marketing process, from conceptualisation to performance analysis, ensuring brand consistency and optimal return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies and communication plans to achieve business objectives.
- Managing & crafting compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including websites, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, optimising strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven decision-making
- Compile data and generate monthly marketing & communication reports for management review.
- Conduct market research on industry related topics to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities.
- Staying up-to-date with industry best practices in content writing and applying them to enhance the effectiveness of marketing materials.
- Proofreading marketing collateral & copies to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to produce compelling materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure information accuracy and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Establish, cultivate, and sustain relationships with pertinent stakeholders to either retain existing collaborations or foster new partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging content for different platforms (social media, websites, newsletters, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing tools, social media platforms).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and make improvements.
- Good proofreading and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends like SEO and social media.

- Strong relationship-building skills for managing stakeholders.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
