Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide IT Support Across Departments: Offer technical assistance to various departments, ensuring IT resources are available and operational.
2. IT Problem Resolution: Serve as a point of contact for IT-related issues within the organization, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime.
3. Enhance Organizational IT Processes: Identify and implement improvements in the organization’s IT processes to boost productivity and collaboration.
4. Manage IT Helpdesk and Support Services: Oversee and ensuring timely support for employees across all departments.
5. Support Business Continuity: Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans, ensuring minimal disruption during IT system failures.
6. Monitor IT Resource Utilization: Track and analyze the use of IT resources across the organization to ensure optimal performance and avoid resource bottlenecks.
7. Maintain Hardware and Software Inventory: Keep an inventory of all IT assets, ensuring timely updates, replacements, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools for staff.
8. Ensure Compliance and Security for All Users: Manage security protocols across the organization to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., data protection laws).
9. Document Writing : Ability to document IT processes, policies, and system configurations clearly for internal and external requirement.
10. Collaborate with Leadership: Regularly update senior management on the status of IT initiatives, security risks, and infrastructure improvements that impact organizational goals.
Requirement:
1. Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a relevant IT field.
3. IT Security: Strong knowledge of IT security protocols, firewalls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
4. Software Systems: Familiarity with deploying and managing ERP, CRM, and other enterprise software systems.
5. Operating Systems: Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux).
6. Development Tools: Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems, and development frameworks.
7. Data Management: Knowledge of data storage, backup systems, and data protection strategies.
8. Networking: Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including LAN, WAN, and VPNs, with troubleshooting skills.
9. Budgeting: Experience in developing and managing IT budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation.
10. Decision-Making: Ability to make informed decisions under pressure that align with business objectives.
11. Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,895.49 - RM5,812.57 per month
