1. Mahir menggunakan Ms Office & Ms Excel
2. Mempunyai pengetahuan asas dalam akta buruh
3. Membantu dalam operasi harian serta fungsi dan tugas HR
4. Menyusun dan mengemsakini rekod peribadi pekerja
5. Melaksanakan sokongan pejabat termasuk laporan harian dan surat menyurat
6. Membantu merangka, melaksana, memantau dan mengkaji dasar2 HR, prosedur dan strategi
7.Menyediakn minit mesyurat
8. Bertanggungjawab dalam pengiraan gaji dan insentif
9. Bertanggungjawab ke atas pengambilan pekerja dan intern baru & Menjalankan orientasi terhadap pekerja baru
10. Mengurusakan 'petty cash' syarikat
11. Mengambil berat terhadap kebajikan dan manfaat syarikat
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
