HUMAN RESOURCE DOCUMENTATION

· To prepare official HR letters as and when requires by the Clients.

· To liaise with Clients’ representative with regards to Payroll and HR matters.

· Well verse in Labor laws and always refer to the Employment Act when come into issues.

· Handles changes by the Government Changes on statutory and others.

· Efficient in handling HR documentations, HR letters and SOP.

· Handle Leave Management

· Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences.

· To make sure Clients Employee Handbook is up to date.

. Know how to handle Clients' employees issues.

PAYROLL MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION

· To prepare Monthly Payroll under custodian.

· Make sure the Salary Report obtained the KPI of the Clients’ company.

· To calculate Overtime Claim accurately.

· Processes client’s payroll every pay period and print payslip for clients.

· Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.

· Computes employee take-home pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes.

· Answers Clients’ questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.

· Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.

· Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review.

OTHERS REQUIRES JOB

· Able to perform any tasks as and when requires.

· To work with minimum supervision.

· Conducts study, analysis and review of HR programs such as career and employee development, employee health, recreation and welfare services, suggestion and incentives award system, performance and efficiency rating and promotion plans and initiates steps for improvement of HR management practices.

· Develops policies and procedures on Industrial Relations, compensation and benefits administration, enforcement of disciplinary action and employee separation to serve as guide in implementing HR actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
