Position: Key Account Manager
Company background: Furniture manufacturer and supplier (Mainly for franchise restaurant market like Starbuck, McDonald)
Salary: RM6,000 – RM10,000
Working location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Working day Mon - Fri
Working hours 9am – 530pm
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our esteemed team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key QSR / F&B’ clients, leveraging our 40 years of industry expertise.
For successful management of client, this position requires close collaboration with the sales processing team in China for efficient order processing and coordination with the Research and Development (R&D) team for product development and cost optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with key QSR/F&B clients, aligning with company's tradition of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison for key accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and company.
Sales and Business Development:
- Exceed sales targets for key accounts, utilizing companys extensive track record and industry knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with the sales processing team in China for efficient order processing and timely delivery.
Strategic Planning:
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including the R&D team, to develop strategic account plans and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Engage in product development discussions and cost optimization initiatives in coordination with the R&D team.
Forecasting and Reporting:
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize performance.
Negotiation and Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Oversee contract compliance, adhering to Company's commitment to transparency and fairness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in the related field (preferably from Interior Design, Architect, Engineer)
- At least 3 years of working experience with an interior/ architecture/ industrial design/ engineering background
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and perform product presentations (as and when needed)
- Client servicing skills, analytical skills and critical thinking
- Setting up strategies to find new prospects and sales leads to converting them into key customers.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
