Position: Corporate Receptionist Industry: IT Software Working Location: The Gardens South Tower, Mid Valley City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable based on performance) Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) Salary: Basic up to RM2,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage JOB SUMMARY: This person will be working with a local, and regional, team of facility operations professionals in support of customer service. This role will act as the first point of contact for the office and help manage the day-to-day activities, including: phone support, front desk customer service, visitor management, badge access support, security compliance, logistics support, ticketing support, front space presentability and presence. Daily tasks vary greatly and may include event planning support, meeting support, routine office communications, parking support & more. This position is for someone who is highly self-motivated, strives for excellence, adapts well to change, and has strong time and task management in a fast paced corporate environment. WHO CAN APPLY? - Minimum Diploma holder - 1+ years of related experience in receptionist or admin in Corporate Environment - Accomplished in customer service, with a focus on positive language and clear communication. - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly establish/grow relationships. - Professional business appearance at all times. - Active listener who is comfortable engaging in dialogue with associates and guests. -Strong organizational skills, with a focus on resource coordination and time-management. - Self-Motivated with the ability to work under little direct supervision. - Familiarity with G-Suite and comfortable with business productivity tools. -First Aid Qualified with current Certification or willing to become trained in First Aid HOW TO APPLY?
