- Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
- Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.
- Actively promote spa packages and upsell services to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments securely.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
