Guest Relation Officer - Spa & Wellness

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Provide information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Schedule appointments and manage booking systems efficiently.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback from customers promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products based on their needs and preferences.
• Actively promote spa packages and upsell services to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments securely.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
