Massage Therapist - International Spa KLIA

As a Massage Therapist at an International Spa Brand from Mumbai located in KLIA 2, your role is to provide clients with a serene and rejuvenating spa experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcome clients warmly and create a friendly, relaxing atmosphere.
• Understand clients' preferences and customize treatments accordingly.
• Perform a variety of spa treatments, specially Shoulder and Foot Massage.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and common spa areas.
• Ensure proper sanitization of equipment and tools.
• Assist in scheduling and managing client appointments efficiently.
• Stay informed about spa products and provide recommendations based on clients' needs.
• Educate clients on the benefits of various spa treatments and promote overall wellness.
• Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Hold relevant Spa & Massage certificates or experience.
• Min. 6 months of experience in related field.
• Able to work in shifts.
• Able to start immediately is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills to engage with clients professionally.
