Position: State Registered Nurse (SRN)
Location: Taman Perindustrian Pulau Indah, Selangor
Salary range: RM2,000 - RM3,000

Responsibilities;

  • Provide direct nursing care, including administering medication, wound care, and post-operative care according to clinical guidelines.
  • Monitor patient vitals, assess conditions, and report any significant changes to the attending physician.
  • Assist in patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records, ensuring all care provided is properly documented in line with hospital policies.
  • Prepare and submit reports on patients' status and care plans to the supervising nurse.
  • Operate and manage medical equipment used in the treatment and monitoring of patients.
  • Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the maintenance team.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop, implement, and review patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing emotional support and responding to their queries or concerns.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff.
  • Follow hospital protocols for handling hazardous materials and waste.
  • Be prepared to provide immediate and effective nursing care during medical emergencies.
  • Assist in resuscitation efforts and emergency procedures as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as scheduling patient appointments and coordinating patient care services, CME.

Requirements;

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing (recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board).
  • VALID REGISTRATION with the Malaysian Nursing Board and a current practicing certificate (Compulsory)
  • At least 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
