Job summary: Attend customer complaints, analyze customer problems, evaluate alternatives, and develop sound conclusions and recommendations
・Handle customer complaints.
・Analyse product defects and justify findings.
・Recommend actions for improvements.
・Coordinate with internal departments as well as with customers.
・Work closely with all Departments especially production and sales.
・Required to travel overseas to meet customers located overseas when required.
・Handle Japanese speaking customer.
Qualification
・ Degree in Science - Chemistry, Bio- Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, Chemical Engineering.
・ Fresh graduate or 2 years and above related experience in QA or Technical service
・ Good spoken and written Japanese
・ Good spoken and written Mandarin
・ 98% customers at overseas, so far local only 1 customer.
・ Usually travel only starts once the staff is independent to handle the customer, and usually after a year. Maybe once for 2-3 months , but it is depends on the needs to travel if there is any issue.
・senior staff will lead junior staff in traveling.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
