Summary of Job Function:
Responsible in providing technical support to external/internal customers and actively participate in customers' project
to expand new sales.
Communication and coordinate with counterparts in Japan for consultation of customers' project related matter and/or internal studies with Japanese language.

List of Responsibilities/Duties:
Main
Activity participate in technical services;
・To provide technical support to existing and new customers and to ensure our product functionality / feasibility for customers application.
・To attend customers' molding evaluation to assist customers in process optimization consideration for product manufacturability.
・To recommend suitable products and perform design modification to existing product when necessary.
・To provide support to Manufacturing Department in process improvement and problem solving activities.

Supportive
・To lead and support cross-functional team for new product development and products transfer project to ensure timely and smooth transition into production.
・To initiate, develop, and implement ideas to enhance the product performance by participate in the new products development and improvements to existing products.
・To be responsible to establish products specification, internal control, packing style and any special control.
・To verify sample request information and monitor sample completion with NPI to ensure on time delivery of evaluation samples to customers.
・To monitor sample preparation from start to delivery, include providing necessary inputs such as formulation, kneading condition, tabletting setting and final disposition on sample output.
・To closely follow-up, monitor and determine suitable actions to achieve new project realization plan;
・Externally, monitor closely and react timely on customer's project progress / status.
・Internally, liaise with each department to deliver the solution to customers within project timeline.
・To actively participate in all aspects of design control, including Quality Planning, APQP, FMEA, Design Review, and packaging / shelf life studies activities.
・To ensure prompt responds to customer's enquiries.
・To support internal evaluation for raw material EOL /4M changing/BCP etc and launch products aligning the PCN activities (when applicable).
・To perform any other duties assigned by superior.

Qualification

・ Diploma in Engineer (prefer Degree holder in Engineer)
・ Years of experience: fresh can apply, Junior is around fresh - 5yr, Senior 6-7yr, AM 8yr above
・ Japanese Skills for internal usage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
