Job Summary
As a Customer Representative (Van Salesman), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products in retail stores within designated areas (Penang). Our ideal candidate is someone who can communicate effectively, possesses excellent sales skills, and is capable of working independently.
Job Scopes:
- Promote and sell products in retail stores within the assigned territory according to the sales targets and strategies provided by the company (travel by driving van).
-Maintain and enhance business relationships with retail stores, including regular visits, product training, and sales support.
- Manage daily sales activities and customer interactions to achieve sales targets.
- Gather market and customer feedback, communicating it back to the company to help refine products and sales strategies.
- Consistent and regular achievements of monthly sales KPI.

- Ability to work independently as well as being a good team player
- Quick learning and adaptation skills, able to grasp product knowledge and market

Education:
- STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Tobacco Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
- FMCG: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- Bahasa (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- GDL license for van (Required)
