Sales Designer (Carpentry/Kitchen Cabinet)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients seeking kitchen cabinets, custom carpentry, or other woodwork solutions.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their cabinetry needs.
• Present a range of products and solutions based on customer preferences, space requirements, and budget.
• Prepare detailed quotes, including costs for materials, installation, and any additional services.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Follow up on leads and manage customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay updated on trends in carpentry, kitchen cabinet design, and industry innovations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visiting potential clients and performing software demonstration.

Skill and Qualifications:

• Interested in sales, especially in the carpentry or kitchen cabinet industry.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry materials, kitchen cabinet designs, and home re-modelling trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Candidate Advantage:

• Will provide product training (architecture and interior design). *No experience in architecture or designer also required but have sales driven skill is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in carpentry (kitchen cabinet industry), architecture and interior design is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
