  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment
  • Manage and source quotations, follow-up with contractors, and analyse costs
  • Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation
  • Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects
  • Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering
  • Assist with the development of quotations on various projects
  • Assist to prepare cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned
  • Any other ad-hocs as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Possesses integrity, initiative, and drive
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, good communication skills, meticulous
  • Able to work under a fast-paced environment, tight schedule, and pressure
  • Team player with good hands-on multi-tasking abilities
  • Promptly reporting to a superior
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
